Caspian Sea oil rig fire: 31 feared dead in Azerbaijan fire

At least 31 people are feared to have died in a fire on an oil rig off the coast of Azerbaijan.

The platform is understood to have caught fire after strong winds damaged a gas pipeline.

Severe storms are also hampering rescue efforts.

Footage filmed from a helicopter showed the scale of the fire.
