COP21: 'Extremely close to an agreement' despite delays

Negotiators at the climate change talks in Paris have been working through the night in the hope of reaching a deal- a day later than expected.

Diplomats from nearly 200 countries are considering a treaty that would include a new target to limit global temperature rises by the end of the century.
