Timelapse video captures operation to raise boat from Danube

A huge floating crane has lifted the wreck of a tourist boat that sank in the River Danube in the Hungarian capital, Budapest, last month.

Timelapse footage captured the hours-long operation to raise the boat and place it on a waiting barge to be taken away for examination. The Mermaid had been carrying South Korean tourists when it was in collision with another boat and capsized.

Four more bodies were retrieved from inside the wreck bringing the total now confirmed dead to 24 with four still missing.
