How Chavez hopes to break the 'dictatorship of Hollywood'
Villa del Cine - or Cinema City - is a production house that was opened in Venezuela six years ago to make movies which would break 'the dictatorship of Hollywood' as President Hugo Chavez put it.
But with 98% of its films State-funded, has it changed the face of Venezuelan cinema or is it being used to promote the political beliefs of the president?
