Waste not, want not for food lovers in Rio's favelas

Residents of the Babylon favela in Rio de Janeiro have been learning how to make meals from waste food such as watermelon rind and vegetable leaves which would normally be discarded.

The Organic Favela project started last year and now its workshops are spreading all across Rio's favelas.
