Venezuelan minister: Chavez has 'absolute will to live'

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is still suffering breathing problems more than two months after receiving a fourth round of cancer surgery, according to the Venezuelan Information Minister.

Speaking on state television in the first official communique on the president's health since he returned to Venezuela on Monday, Ernesto Villegas said Mr Chavez was being treated at a military hospital in Caracas.
