Colombia's Farc accused over bomb attack that killed eight

Security forces in Colombia say a car bomb has destroyed a police station, killing at least eight people.

The authorities blamed the attack in the south-western state of Cauca on left-wing Farc rebels.

The vehicle exploded just as the town market in Inza was about to open on Saturday morning, killing military soldiers, police and two civilians.

The government and the Farc have been negotiating to end a 50-year war with an estimated 220,000 victims.
