Hopes and fears for Cuba's tourism trade

The historic thaw between the United States and Cuba announced in December 2014 has changed relations between the two countries.

As restrictions are eased, more American citizens will inevitably visit the island and spend their money on local products, such as tobacco.

That is good news for the island's economy but can its infrastructure cope?
