Barack Obama and Raul Castro in 'historic' Panama talks

US President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro have met on the fringes of the Summit of the Americas in Panama City.

Described by President Obama as ''a historic meeting,'' it is the first talks between the leaders since the thaw began between the two countries in December.
