Government loyalists in Yemen clash with protesters

Pro government loyalists have clashed with protesters at Sanaa University in Yemen who were demanding the resignation of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who has ruled for more than 30 years.

Hundreds of Saleh backers charged at protesters, who quickly fled. One student was wounded.

"We'll keep protesting until this regime leaves," said Murad Mohammed, a Yemeni university student.

"We have no future under current conditions," he said.
