UAE suffering petrol shortages

The Gulf states are awash with oil and gas. So it's not exactly the place you'd expect to be suffering petrol shortages. But that's exactly what's been happening in the UAE.

Some petrol stations have been closed and where there is petrol, drivers have been waiting for as long as half an hour to fill up.
