Syria unrest: Relief workers to enter Baba Amr

Relief workers in Syria are hoping to gain access on Friday to the area worst affected by the constant onslaught from government forces.

Rebels made what they called a "tactical withdrawal" from the Baba Amr district following four weeks of constant attack.

Meanwhile Russia and China have joined the rest of the UN Security Council in a statement condemning the rapidly worsening humanitarian situation.
