Hundreds of Syrian refugees head over border with Lebanon.

Hundreds of thousands of people have fled Syria since the start of the conflict two years ago many with harrowing stories to tell.

The BBC's Middle East correspondent Jim Muir has been to the Lebanese border with Syria, to talk to refugees from the town of Qusair which has fallen to Government troops.
