Egypt unrest: Scores killed in Cairo protests

Doctors in Egypt say at least 100 people have been killed and thousands wounded during clashes overnight.

The protests began when the head of the army, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, asked people to take to the streets to show their support for the military.

Many of those who died were supporters of the ousted president, Mohamed Morsi, who were staging a sit-in at a mosque.
