Gordon Brown's plea for Syria school plan

Former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown has spoken out about the need to provide education for Syrian child refugees who have fled to Lebanon and other countries.

Mr Brown, who is now a UN special envoy for education, told the BBC that around $200m would be needed to ensure school places for all the Syrian children in Lebanon.

"We need to give these children the possibility, the prospect, that they have a good future," he said.
