Syrian refugee refused aid by UNHCR sets herself alight
A Syrian woman is in a serious condition after setting herself on fire outside the UNHCR offices in Tripoli in Lebanon, after trying and failing to get food aid several times from the UN.
The number of refugees crossing the border from Syria into Lebanon has reached a landmark one million.
While the UN and other agencies have appealed for almost $2bn in funds, they have only received 14% of the funding they need.
