'Refrain from interfering in Iraq' says former PM Ayad Allawi
Former Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi has warned the international community against launching another military intervention in Iraq to counter militant Islamists who have overrun large parts of the country.
Parliament in Baghdad has delayed voting on a request to grant the prime minister emergency powers as the north slips out of government control.
In a BBC interview, Mr Allawi said that would lead to another war, which would deepen the crisis.
