Iraq's divisions hinder battle against IS

Sunni tribal leaders in Iraq's largest province, Anbar, have told the BBC they are being denied arms supplies by the Shia-led Iraqi government for sectarian reasons.

The United States regards the Sunni tribes as crucial to the fight against Islamic State.

But tribal elders say support from the US-led international coalition has been weak and that they do not trust the Americans.
