Inside a hospital in Syrian leader Assad's Latakia heartland

The war in Syria has now killed more than 200,000 people, and has made the country the largest exporter of refugees in the world, according to the UN.

One estimate is that the Syrian army has lost 80,000 men, which is more than the fighting strength of the British army, with many more wounded.

Jeremy Bowen reports from a military hospital in Latakia, which is a stronghold of the Assad regime.
