What next for Kurdish forces in Sinjar?

The strategic Iraqi town of Sinjar has been retaken from Islamic State (IS) militants by Kurdish fighters.

IS killed and enslaved thousands of Yazidis after seizing the town in 2014.

Some 7,500 Iraqi Peshmerga fighters, backed by Yazidi militias and Turkish Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) rebels, took part in the offensive.
