Syria conflict: Russia rejects claims it used cluster-bombs

Russia has rejected claims by Turkey and France that it has committed war crimes in Syria.

Up to 50 people were killed in missile attacks on at least four hospitals and a school in the north of the country on Monday and the UN's Syria envoy, visiting the Syrian capital Damascus on Tuesday, called for "unhindered" delivery of humanitarian aid to besieged areas.
