Iraqi 'victory' flag is raised in Falluja

The BBC's Jeremy Bowen reports from the outskirts of Falluja, where the Iraqi army claims it has seized the last stronghold in the city from the so-called Islamic State (IS) group.

IS gained control of Falluja in January 2014. The government launched an operation to retake it in May.
