Obama: Abbas at Peres funeral 'a reminder of unfinished peace'

US President Barack Obama has said that seeing Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas at the funeral of former Israeli leader Shimon Peres was a "reminder of the unfinished business of peace".

He also compared Mr Peres to "some of other giants of the 20th century", naming Nelson Mandela and Queen Elizabeth II.
