At scene of hospital blast: 'People are still collecting body parts'
BBC reporter Rushdi Abualouf reports from outside the Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, where hundreds of people were feared killed by a blast in Tuesday.
One doctor condemned what he called "a massacre", while another spoke of a scene of total devastation.
Palestinian officials say the explosion was caused by an Israeli air strike.
But the Israeli military say it was the result of a failed rocket launch by Palestinian Islamic Jihad - an accusation the militant group rejected.
