Night-time footage from broadcaster Al Jazeera shows the moment an object explodes mid-air near the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City.
Hundreds of Palestinians are feared to have been killed after a huge blast at the hospital, blamed by the Hamas group on an Israeli air strike.
