Mount Everest sherpa accident: 'Nothing has changed'

A year ago an avalanche in Mount Everest killed 16 Sherpa guides. It was the worst accident ever on the world's highest peak.

Sherpas stopped working after the accident, demanding a rise in pay, insurance and better safety regulation.

But one year on, their demands have still not been fully met. Many say there has only been a minimal rise on insurance and other benefits,
