Obama: No bailouts, no handouts, no cop-outs

President Barack Obama has delivered his third annual State of the Union address to Congress.

He used one of America's biggest political events to lay out some of the battle lines on which he will fight for re-election in November.

During the speech, Mr Obama reaffirmed his belief that the current American system needs reforming saying "let's never forget millions of Americans who work hard and play by the rules, every day, deserve a government and a financial system that does the same".
