US school shooting: 'Victims died from multiple wounds'

Police investigating Friday's school shooting in the US State of Connecticut have released more details about those killed.

The chief medical examiner Dr H Wayne Carver II said that the 12 girls and eight boys had died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Six adults were also shot dead at the school.

He said that the incident was the worst he had seen in 30 years of working.
