Miami: Alligator taken to shop for beer
A man in Miami walked into a convenience store to buy a 12-pack of beer but the shop assistant did not expect to see his companion - a live alligator.
He was hoping to trade the giant reptile for some beer but staff at the store in Miami refused to accept the creature as payment.
The customer was later charged with possessing, illegally taking and attempting to sell an alligator.
