Toronto Mayor Rob Ford dances in council chamber

Mayor Rob Ford has been filmed dancing in the Toronto City Council to songs including Bob Marley's 'One Love'.

The Toronto mayor refused to resign in November despite a special move by the council to remove most of his powers. He has admitted smoking crack cocaine and buying illegal drugs while serving as mayor.
