Auditions held for Toronto Mayor Rob Ford musical

Auditions have been taking place in Toronto for Rob Ford The Musical, as the embattled mayor announced his intention to return to work on 30 June after rehabilitation treatment for substance abuse.

Mr Ford was stripped of many of his powers after admitting using and purchasing illegal drugs while mayor, and is currently seeking re-election to the office on 27 October.
