Ebola: Five US airports to screen West Africa arrivals

Health checks on airline passengers arriving in the United States from West Africa are to be stepped up, following the death of the first US patient.

Thomas Eric Duncan was being treated with an experimental drug in isolation in a Dallas hospital, after becoming infected in Liberia.

Five airports will begin screening passengers from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone as a precaution.
