Trump taxes spark vice-presidential debate row

The row over US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's tax returns have produced a heated exchange in the televised vice-presidential debate.

Running mate Mike Pence defended Mr Trump's financial record, while Democrat Tim Kaine said even Richard Nixon published his tax details.
