Jacob Blake shooting: 'I'm not sad. I'm not sorry. I'm angry'

Jacob Blake's sister says that she is numb, angry and tired after years of seeing police shoot black people.

Mr Blake is in hospital and his father announced today that he is paralysed from the waist down.
