Diesel emissions scandal still dogs VW

At this week's Frankfurt Motor Show - Volkswagen has announced that all its models will have an electric version by 2030.

But it is also still troubled by the diesel emissions scandal - not least claims by many consumers across Europe that the modifications made to its cars in the wake of the scandal have caused damage.

Theo Leggett asked VW chief executive Matthias Mueller what he made of those allegations.
