    The governor of Chiang Rai said the group were "determined and focused" on leaving the cave, adding that they had all agreed to the rescue operation.

    "Their hearts are strong. No matter what they they have to face, they are ready to come out," said Narongsak Osotthanakorn.

    To bring you up to speed, the group went missing on the 23 June after exploring the Tham Luang cave in the northern province of Chiang Rai. Heavy rains struck, flooding the cave and trapping them inside.

    They were found some nine days later by two British rescuer divers, but have remained trapped in the cave since as rescuers debated over the best way to bring them out.Thailand is currently in the midst of its monsoon season, which is expected to last until October.
