    The main parties will spend time today talking about some of their core messages. David Cameron will focus on policies he says will cut tax for 30 million people, while Labour will say people face "no bigger choice" than on the NHS. And Nick Clegg will set out plans to spend the £227m rate-rigging fine imposed on Deutsche Bank on "high-value" machinery for the health service, such as MRI scanners.
