Maria Miller says she's "honoured and humbled" to be re-elected in Basingstoke and paid tribute to the support of her family throughout the campaign.
She resigned as culture secretary last year in a row over her expenses.
Speaking to BBC Radio Oxford, re-elected MP for Henley John Howell said: "I'm feeling absolutely elated and quite emotional.
"I wasn't expecting such a dramatic increase in my majority.
"It's a boost of enormous confidence in me that the Henley people have shown and I'm immensely thrilled by that."

Mike Hancock's 30-year career as an MP in Portsmouth has come to an end, winning just 716 votes as an independent candidate in Portsmouth South this time round.
He resigned from the Lib Dems last year after issuing an apology over an "inappropriate and unprofessional friendship" with a vulnerable constituent.
Mr Hancock had been an MP in the city since 1984, but resigned from the cabinet of Portsmouth City Council in February and lost his Fratton seat on the council in last May's local elections.
