There is quite a lot of shock at the exit poll in London. If these figures are correct, it's a disastrous night for Ed Miliband, for Nick Clegg, but a great night for the Conservatives.
The figures put the DUP in the mix.
At the 2010 general election, the shortest count was Strangford - declared in one hour 25 minutes. That was followed by Mid Ulster and Foyle exactly 25 minutes later.
The longest count was in Fermanagh/South Tyrone, lasting seven hours - that didn't include it being suspended for over six hours between 04.30 and 11:00. Those of us staying awake all night for the count are not hoping for a repeat.

Ballot boxes have arrived at the Foyle and East Londonderry count centre. There are 75 boxes in the Foyle count and 76 in the East Londonderry count.
Chris Thornton at the Lagan Valley count says early party tallies show Jeffrey Donaldson ahead as expected.

The first ballot boxes are only beginning to arrive now at the King's Hall count centre in Belfast.
The first results had initially been expected at around 02:00 BST but it looks doubtful if we will get any drama before the early hours of the morning.
East Belfast and South Belfast will still be the story of the night, we expect.

Early suggestions are UKIP may have polled reasonably well in Belfast South - that may impact on the DUP vote in what's already a tight fight.

Alliance leader David Ford has arrived at the Valley Leisure Centre and is already deep in conversation with the press.
He didn't stand for Alliance in this election and he won't be here for long. He tells me he'll be going to the East Belfast count, where the battle between Alliance's Naomi Long and Gavin Robinson of the DUP is, in Mr Ford's words, "too close to call".

Eager beaver candidates Paula Bradshaw and Ross Brown from Belfast South and Belfast East are first to arrive at Kings Hall count centre.
If the exit poll proves to be correct, the DUP "could be in the mix", says BBC NI Political Editor Mark Devenport.
If the DUP ends up with eight or nine MPs their members could help the Conservatives over the 323 mark for an effective majority.
We have reporters in every count centre and they've been patiently waiting for the polls to shut so counting can begin.
We'll be hearing plenty from them as things start to heat up later on.
The exit poll predict the Conservatives will be the largest party in a hung parliament., with 316 seats to Labour's 239.
It also predicts the Liberal Democrats will have just 10 seats, losing 47 from 2010.
