  2. Travel: Delays around Hatfield tunnel on A1(M)published at 08:07 British Summer Time 14 April 2016

    There are still delays in the area around the Hatfield tunnel on the A1(M) following its earlier closure due to a police incident.

    Traffic is queuing in both directions between J4 for the A414 for Hertford and J3 for the A414 for St Albans. Congestion is back to J6 for the A1000 at Welwyn.

    Police had closed the road in both directions over concerns for the safety of a man but all lanes have now been re-opened.
