The main story we've been covering today is the massive fire at the Four Winds industrial estate, close to Clophill on the A6. 

Here's a breakdown of the story: 

• Bedfordshire Fire Service was called at 23:15 to reports of a caravan fire
• The fire quickly spread to several warehouses
• Over 80 firefighters from Beds, Herts, Bucks, Cambs and Northants attended
• The A6 has been closed since last night and is due to re-open this evening
• A drone borrowed from Buckinghamshire Fire Service was used to help in the investigations, which are now continuing

Hertfordshire police say they're keen to hear from anyone, external who may have seen a person with a large build who was wearing a high-vis jacket in the Ivel Court, Hadleigh and Hamonte area of Letchworth at about 08:00 and 12:30 on Tuesday. 

They're investigating the death of Nicola Collingbourne, 26, who was found at her home in the town three days ago.

A 52-year-old woman from Hitchin has been arrested in connection with the investigation and remains in police custody.

The Conservative MP for Watford has welcomed a decision to allow building work on allotments in the town as part of the health campus.

Allotment holders at Farm Terrace have fought a long battle to preserve the site, but the communities secretary has ruled the land can be developed - it's been earmarked for housing and an extension of Watford Hospital.

Richard Harrington said he is "relieved and so pleased" as the health campus is "critical for the development of Watford".

Allotment holder Sarah-Jane Trebar said the fight would go on and the campaigners legal team were now looking at the ruling "with a fine toothcomb".

The damping down of the Four Winds Industrial Estate in Clophill continues. 

More than 80 firefighters were dealing with the fire at one stage, but now only a few engines remain. 

The A6 remains closed, but we've been told it should open again by early evening. People are being asked to avoid the area.

There are several businesses on the Four Winds Industrial estate.

I met Paul Byrne, who until recently owned Woodstone bathrooms on the forecourt. 

The shop has now burnt down and what you can see pictured below is all that is left of it. 

He still uses one of the units at the back of the estate as a storage depo and believes he will have lost everything in it.

We've just been told the A6 could re-open early this evening, as operations at the Four Winds Industrial estate are being scaled down.

There's still smouldering fires in parts of the buildings, so three fire engines will stay to damp down and turn over the debris. They'll also work to extinguish the remaining hot spots.

Because of this, smoke can still be seen in the area and the damping down could go on for another two days.

Scene of crime officers are continuing to investigate the murder of Saima Khan in Luton on Monday. 

They've been searching neighbouring properties, gardens and shed. Female residents have told me they feel "scared" in their own homes.

This afternoon a group of around 20 women have staged a protest in Overstone Road in Luton, close to where Saima Khan was murdered on Monday night.

They're calling for better police protection as they're worried about their safety.

They say many of men in the area work night shifts, meaning women are left home alone with their children.

A jury at St Albans Crown Court has found LL Camps co-owner Tal Landsman intended to go to the police after indecent images of young children were found on his business partner's phone.

Last summer, naked pictures of three and four year old girls were found on the mobile phone of Ben Lewis's (pictured) by another member of staff.

Prosecutors had claimed Mr Landsman should have gone to police earlier, but although the jury agreed they concluded he had intended to do so.

Lewis, 26, from Lullington Garth in Borehamwood, has already pleaded guilty to making indecent images, and will be sentenced at a later date.

Mr Landsman, also 26, of Admiral Drive, Stevenage was found not guilty of cruelty to a person under 16.

The jury in the case of Tal Landsman, of Admiral Drive, Stevenage, who is the owner of an American style Summer camp in Hertfordshire, has been found not guilty at St Albans Crown Court. 

It took them just under an hour to acquit the 26-year-old of a single charge of cruelty to a person under 16.

He was accused of not contacting the authorities after indecent images of children were found on his business partner Ben Lewis' phone.

The co-owner of children's summer camp, LL Camps in Bushey, Hertfordshire, Tal Landsman, has been found not guilty of cruelty to a person under 16.

Bedfordshire fire service says it has been working with the Environment Agency and UK Power Networks to manage some of the hazards on the site in Haynes, close to Clophill.

They say in the next few days they'll start an investigation to see how the fire started.

The A6 still remains closed in the Clophill area. Aas soon as we have an update we'll bring it to you.

The operation here in Clophill is being scaled back but lots of crews are still on the scene. 

I've just been talking to Debbie Goldhawk, who lives in the farm next door. 

She only arrived home at 01:15 last night after being away on holiday. The first she knew about it was when she knew of the fire was when she saw the road outside her house was shut.

She says the fire was "ferocious" but the only damage to her land was some of her hedges catching fire.

The severity of the fire at the industrial warehouses close to Clophill left the steel structures at risk of collapse. 

Bedfordshire fire service says it meant they had to attack the fire from the outside using the service's two aerial platforms and several ground monitor jets. 

They also made sure the fire didn't spread to the nearby homes. 

They were called to the fire just after 23:00 last night but had it under control by daybreak.
