1. Helen Bailey: Judge due to finish summing uppublished at 08:46 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2017

The judge in the trial of the man accused of murdering author Helen Bailey is due to end his summing up today, before the jury at St Albans Crown Court retires to consider its verdict.

Ian Stewart, 56, denies murdering his fiancée at their home in Royston, Hertfordshire, last April.

Her body was found in a cesspit at the Baldock Road house three months after she was reported missing.

Mr Stewart also denies preventing a lawful burial, fraud and three counts of perverting the course of justice.

  3. Monday's weather: Cloudy, very mild and windypublished at 08:07 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2017

    Kate Kinsella
    BBC Look East weather

We're in for a mild Monday but sadly there won't be wall-to-wall sunshine across the BBC East region.

There's a lot of cloud around and some places could get a spot of rain first thing but that will clear away eastwards.

Through the afternoon the cloud will thin a little, maybe even breaking, and where it does, the temperature could rise to a maximum of  14C (57F).
