  5. Luton Town v Ipswich Town: 'A really tough game for us'published at 13:48 British Summer Time 8 August 2017

After both securing wins on the opening day of the league season, Luton Town and Ipswich Town have an intriguing League Cup tie at Kenilworth Road tonight.

Ipswich had a 1-0 victory over Harry Redknapp's Birmingham City on Saturday, but manager Mick McCarthy has noted Luton's 8-2 win over Yeovil.

McCarthy says he's been a long-time admirer of Luton manager Nathan Jones.

"They play a diamond... he gets them playing well... and they've started great, so it'll be a really tough game for us, but it would be nice to have back-to-back wins."

He said he's not planning on making wholesale changes to the starting line-up, but although new signing Martyn Waghorn should be available, Andre Dozzell is out injured.

Cars left in roads near Luton Airport have been vandalised and daubed with graffiti, as residents complain their roads are being used by holidaymakers who won't pay to park at the airport.

I've been speaking to people who live on Hollybush Road, where a car has had its tyres let down, windows smashed and messages daubed on it.

One resident told me that cars have been left on the road for up to eight weeks before and that the local community is fed up.

The lady, who did not want to be named, said "There is somebody who does mark the vehicles regularly.

"It began with letting tyres down and bending windscreen wipers, but I noticed last week this car had its windows smashed, so I reported it to the police.

"I don't want that out the front of my house, and I don't want the owner to come back and think that I have done that.

"I don't like people parking here, but the one thing I wouldn't do is criminal damage to anybody's vehicle."

The resident told me she often warns people looking to park on the street that their vehicles could be vandalised.

She said the situation is "ridiculous" and is now becoming "dangerous".
