L/Cpl Paul Muirhead, from Bearley, Warwickshire, was one of the British soldiers who died at Musa Qala in Helmand province in 2006.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) says officers involved in firing a Taser at Dalian Atkinson weren't wearing body-mounted video cameras.
West Mercia Police says it does not currently deploy officers using body-worn filming devices, but has been looking into the possibility and might make a decision about introducing them later this year.
The IPCC has been speaking to the officers and collecting police logs to put together an account of what happened.

A team of investigators from the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) is examining data from the Taser used on Dalian Atkinson yesterday.
The ex-footballer died after the device was fired by police in Trench, Telford.
The IPCC says it is overseeing the police's "post-incident procedures". It is also interviewing the officers involved and speaking to local residents, in addition to gathering police logs and radio transmissions.
Warwickshire and Ireland fast bowler Boyd Rankin will miss the rest of the 2016 season after breaking his leg.

Paula Quinn, who lives in a first-floor flat near his father's house in Trench, said at one point "all I could hear were the boots hitting him".
She said one of the officers continued to kick him, while the Taser was discharged "another four or five times".
The BBC has not yet found any corroborating witnesses.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission said it was carrying out "a full and thorough investigation into all of the circumstances surrounding his death including the use of force".
West Mercia Police said officers were called to the property on Meadow Close at about 01:30. The 48-year-old died soon after arriving at the Princess Royal Hospital.
The force said it would not be commenting further while the IPCC investigation was ongoing.
