New figures show the cost of crime in the Midlands countryside is rising faster than anywhere else in Britain.
Last year there was a 10% increase in crime related insurance claims in our region - up from £6m in 2014 to £6.6m in 2015.

An event to commemorate the Battle of the Somme, external this summer at Lichfield Cathedral has now drawn the support of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
He's among a number of people across the world who've been asked to record an excerpt from a war poem which have been placed on social media ahead of the Before Action project starting.
During the event itself, which will run from 4-6 August, readings will be screened each night, featuring the voice of Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne.

Drayton Manor Theme Park has banned children's scooters after a young boy ploughed into a grandmother, shattering her kneecap.
Jane Moran, 63, from Birmingham, was enjoying a day out with her family at the park near Tamworth, Staffordshire, last week when the accident happened.

The review is ongoing but we can confirm that scooters will no longer be allowed to be ridden in the attraction going forward. A jury has been sworn in ahead of a trial of three men accused of murdering a music shop owner whose body was found in the boot of his car.
Zatoon Bibi, aged 37, Gul Nawaz, aged 44, and a teenage boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, deny the charge in relation to the death of Tanveer Iqbal in January this year.
The prosecution is expected to open its case on Friday.
Mr Iqbal ran a music store in Shireland Road, Smethwick. He was found dead in his Renault Clio in Edgbaston, Birmingham, in February.

A woman's been mugged in Kinver by a man who stole cash, external from her wallet.
She was walking down Meddins Lane last night towards Potters Cross say Staffordshire Police when her attacker came up behind her.
The force say the 33-year-old felt an object at the back of her neck and was pushed to the ground.
Officers say she was threatened by the man who claimed to have a knife - he stole money from her wallet and "shuffled" off.
