The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) says officers involved in firing a Taser at Dalian Atkinson weren't wearing body-mounted video cameras.

West Mercia Police says it does not currently deploy officers using body-worn filming devices, but has been looking into the possibility and might make a decision about introducing them later this year.  

The IPCC has been speaking to the officers and collecting police logs to put together an account of what happened.
