  2. Man charged after woman's body foundpublished at 08:57 British Summer Time 8 May 2017

    A man has been charged in connection with the death of a teenage girl after a body was found in Dudley last week.

    Ashley Foster, of Highgate Road has been charged with preventing a burial. 

    The 24-year-old is due before Dudley magistrates later.

    Although formal identification is yet to take place the victim is believed to be 17-year-old Megan Louise Bills from Stourbridge.  

    The woman's body was found at about 11:30 on Thursday in Highgate Road, Brierley Hill.

  3. Lancashire win at Edgbaston to leave Warwickshire bottom of grouppublished at 08:38 British Summer Time 8 May 2017

    Warwickshire's hopes of defending their Royal London One-Day Cup title appear to be over after they suffered their fourth defeat in the group stages.

    Set 352 to beat Lancashire at Edgbaston, Warwickshire were bowled out for 325 to lose by 26 runs. 

    It means the Bears are unlikely to qualify for the knockout stages.
