Despite being out of the running to defend their One-Day Cup title, Warwickshire managed to pull off a win against the group leaders Yorkshire.
Captain Ian Bell fell two short of a century as the Bears won by five wickets at Edgbaston.
Yorkshire slip to second and are replaced at the top of the North Group by Worcestershire, who beat Durham, but their 10 points from seven matches means they cannot slip outside the top three.
