    Reading between the lines, it seems Jonny Evans may have played his last game for West Brom.

    "We don't need or want to sell him, said Baggies boss Tony Pulis on Friday, reacting to news that Manchester City had a £18m bid for the 29-year-old turned down earlier this week.

    "It would be crazy to say West Brom won't sell if a huge amount of money is put in front of you," he added.

    "We don't want to stop him from doing something he wants to do. We don't want to have a player that stays at the football club and is disappointed."

    On Sunday, Sir Mo Farah, who has won four Olympic and six world gold medals, will run on the track in this country for the final time, in Birmingham.

    A Solihull man says his family has been left shaken after thieves stole his car from his driveway on Monday night.

    Thieves took only minutes to steal the Land Rover, despite not having a key.

    West Midlands Police, external has confirmed it is investigating.
