It was a year ago this weekend that West Brom beat West Ham 4-2 at The Hawthorns, with the Hammers in the midst of a disappointing start to the season.
In some ways, not much has changed. Monday's much-needed win over Huddersfield was West Ham's first of the campaign and Slaven Bilic admitted afterwards that Frank de Boer's sacking had been on his mind.
No such anxiety for Tony Pulis, whose team have made a solid start.
One landmark of note - Albion's Gareth Barry will equal Ryan Giggs' all time record of 632 Premier League appearances this weekend. He will also become the first player to make 600 starts in the Premier League.
West Brom v West Ham (15:00 BST)
West Brom make three changes to the side that lost 3-1 to Brighton last time out.
In come Kieran Gibbs, Chris Brunt and James Morrison for Allan Nyom, Jake Livermore and birthday boy Salomon Rondon.
Gareth Barry makes a record-equaling 632nd Premier League appearance, while Grzegorz Krychowiak makes his home debut and Hal Robson-Kanu is on the bench after returning for suspension.
Slaven Bilic has gone with the if it ain't broke, don't fix it mentality, as he names an unchanged West Ham side to the one that earned their first win of the season against Huddersfield on Monday.
Up front is the Premier League's little and large act - Andy Carroll and Javier Hernandez.
Marko Arnautovic returns from suspension and is on the bench.
